Founded in 2014, Monarch Independent has quickly become a perennial finalist at the Winter Guard International Percussion Championships in Dayton, Ohio.

Based out of Houston Texas, Monarch attracts members locally from the major cities of Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas, as well as Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Monarch is a vehicle to educate future teachers, designers, and administrators to grow the indoor activity in Texas.
